Palermo Pizza Place in Wyoming

Messed up my food. Was soggy and gross when it finally got here. When i ordered, they said an hour at most. Took over 2 1/2 hours to get to me. I live literally 5 minutes at the most away on 32nd. Called and tried to talk to management and told me 2 keep waiting. They could care less. After my food got here it was disgusting. We ended up not even being able to eat it. I tried to reach management again to have it fixed or something and they offered nothing. I offered to bring food back and everything. I might add it was double the price listed online. So we wasted OVER 40 dollars on a couple subs and small order of wings. Management could care less. Have done nothing to fix the situation. Don't order here

Always have the best pizza in the friendliest staff. But I only order when Tina Marie is working.

When I first started dating my husband he lived on 36th street and it was so good. We moved and now it's just not as good. Onions to heavy on pizza alittle goes along way. People are really rude when you order. We maybe order 1 or twice a year now.😢😢

I haven't ordered from here in a while and tonight reminded me why, ordered a BLT pizza and received a chicken bacon ranch pizza,I also ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was just kind of meh, cold and tasteless. Called and they offered a discount off our next pizza which is cool, but I'll definitely just drive the extra few minutes to go to the one in Jenison.

Typically my dad orders from here and the orders are always on time. I called and was given a time wait, waited even longer and our pizza still wasn't even in the oven yet. Will not come back here literally ANYONE even Little Cesears is better than this place🙄

One of the best tasting pizzas I have found in Grand Rapids.

Their pizza and Stromboli's are the best I've ever eaten. Kinda embarrassed to say, but I could probably drink their marinara. Soooo good!

Amazing pizza everytime! Everything is always fresh and high quality! The pizza was loaded with lots of pepperoni and very delicious cheese and sauce! They also have a HUGE 24 inch pizza if you're having a large get together! The cheese bread was nice and airy with lots of gooey cheese and parmesan added on. The bread bites were nice and soft and had lots of tasty buttery goodness to them! The subs are also always a winner! Much better than the chain places!

The pizza itself was great, although I ordered my BLT Pizza with extra bacon, and was sadly disappointed that there was very little bacon at all. 😥

Sometimes a little inconsistent on the crust thickness, but the pizza is always good

Usually very good, we order ALL the time, ordered cheese bread sticks got bread bites, very costly when you say that's what you ordered. Sticks and bites are two very different things. Last order. Lot of very good pizza places around.

Great employees and fabulous pizza

Been going here for pizza every week sometimes twice a week. Usually outstanding food and friendly staff. Tonight my pizza is cold, I waited almost 2 hours and the one Hispanic guy with tattoos was so rude that I told him I was going to take my business elsewhere. They didn't have a problem with that. Apparently when they get busy the customer no longer matters.

Amazing pizza and if you do have an order snafu, they will fix it ASAP, ❤️❤️❤️

Ordered two subs one steak one blt didn’t expect steak ummmmm meat and bacon bites :/ pizzas usually good so I’ll stick to that

The lasagna is very dry and tasteless. Not worth the $8 they charge for it. Pizza is great. Just don't order on a Sunday whoever works the day shift can't make a proper sub and deliver it hot. Gave up pizza hut for this and ready to go back.

This is a wonderful place to grab a quick bit to eat at lunchtime or to get a whole pizza for the dinner. The pizza itself is is great and the efficiency is even better.

Pizza tastes great but customer service is a big deal to me as I've worked in the service industry for years and know how frustrating it CAN be but also how easy it is to be nice to other nice people. Called to have pizza delivered and a women picked up and instantly sounded upset and came off extremely rude. She seemed like she was rushing to get us off the phone and when we asked what 2 liters of soda they had she made it seem like an inconvenience that she had to check. Although she should know any way. Then she told us Pepsi products but we asked if they had doctor pepper and she suddenly replied very firmly and clearly upset that she had already told me they had Pepsi products so of course they wouldn't have dr pepper. Now, again, I LOVE their pizza so I rage their pizza a 10 our of 5. But service today was disappointing so that is at most, a 2 star.

This pizzeria was close by me and I never got to go in there and now recently I have been buying pizza there and its not that bad its okay.so thats why i keep buying here now.When i want pizza.

Between Carlos pizza and Palermos pizza I would say it’s a tie.

Great pizza's, friendly staff. Would be better if you could get it delivered in under an hour. But happier with the service much improved since last year. Will order more.

Great pizza. Service, not so much. I ordered pizza for my company. The guy that took my order decided to charge me an additional 15% for gratuity. I asked why I have to pay this now, when I never did in the past (orders are always over $100) He told me it's because he was there by himself, and that's just what they need to do on large orders. So, if you need a lot of pizza, look elsewhere. I see now that they would rather their customers place small orders. If I had them deliver it, I may be able to justify a mandatory gratuity. Absolutley ridiculous to get hit with this charge for a pickup. I wont make that mistake again!

If i could give 0 stars, i would. I ordered one pizza and an order of wings for delivery. After an hour and a half of waiting, i called to ask where my pizza was. They said it was sitting on top of the oven waiting to be delivered. I asked how long until i get it and they told me another 45 minutes. Do not order from these clowns, order from a real pizza place

Google says you're open on Mondays.But I drove over there about 2:30pm and the restaurant wasn't open. I know you guys got good pizza but I was wanting to try out one of your sandwiches.
